Account & Data

Delete your Willow account.

You can request full deletion of your Willow account and data at any time — here's exactly how.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to becomingwithwillow@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Willow account (or with the name and any details that help us locate it).
  2. Use the subject line Delete my Willow account so it's easy to find and prioritize.
  3. We'll confirm your identity if needed, then process the deletion — you'll get a confirmation email once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials (email/Google association)
  • Your profile, onboarding answers, and preferences
  • Your journal entries, manifestations and action items, Gentle Rhythm rituals, and saved affirmations
  • Your progress, streak, and alignment history
  • Your Willow free-trial and subscription status records

What's kept, and for how long

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. A few things sit outside our direct control and follow their own providers' retention rules instead of ours:

  • Purchase/subscription records — Apple, Google, and RevenueCat retain their own transaction records for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, independent of your Willow account deletion.
  • Backups — data may briefly persist in routine encrypted backups until they naturally cycle out, but is not used or accessed after your deletion request is processed.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

Right now, deletion is all-or-nothing — we don't yet offer a way to erase only part of your data (e.g. just your journal) while keeping the rest of your account active. If you'd like that instead of full deletion, mention it in your email and we'll do what we can manually.
