01 Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Willow mobile app and this website (together, "Willow"). By downloading, opening, or using Willow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Willow.
Willow is operated by Lakshyaa Infotech ("we," "us," "our"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.
02 Who Can Use Willow
You must be at least 13 years old to use Willow. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Willow with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Willow you confirm you meet these requirements.
03 Willow Is Not Medical or Mental Health Care
Willow is a wellness and self-reflection app. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Affirmations, rituals, journaling prompts and any AI-generated content are for personal reflection and general wellbeing only.
Willow is not a substitute for professional care. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Willow. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
04 Your Account
You can begin using Willow without an account. Creating an account with your email address or Google Sign-In lets your content sync across devices.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or via our account deletion page.
05 Subscriptions and Billing
Willow offers optional paid subscriptions — Willow Basic and Willow Pro — on a monthly or yearly basis. Free features remain available without a subscription.
- Price and duration are shown in the app before you purchase, in your local currency, and are confirmed again by the App Store or Google Play at checkout.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. We never receive or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
06 Free Trials
New users may receive a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and your Apple or Google account is charged. If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, the unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
07 Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because purchases are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are governed by their policies and handled by them, not by us. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly.
08 Your Content
Your journal entries, manifestations, affirmations and other content remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you — for example to sync it across your devices and to personalize what Willow shows you.
We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for detail on how content is handled.
09 Acceptable Use
Please do not use Willow to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the service. Specifically, do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or gain unauthorized access to Willow or its systems; do not resell or redistribute access to paid features; and do not use automated means to scrape or overload the service.
10 AI-Generated Content
Some content in Willow — including affirmations and reflections — is generated with the help of AI based on what you tell us during onboarding and as you use the app. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. Please use your own judgment, and see Section 03 regarding wellbeing.
11 Our Intellectual Property
Willow, including its name, logo, design, written content and software, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Willow for your own non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
12 Third-Party Services
Willow relies on third-party services to work, including Google Firebase (accounts, data, notifications), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple and Google (payments), and providers of imagery and AI content. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13 Changes to Willow and to These Terms
We may add, change or remove features over time, and may need to update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Willow after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel as described in Section 07.
14 Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Willow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, or if we are required to by law. If we end your access other than for breach, and you have paid for a period you can no longer use, we will ask the relevant store to refund the unused portion.
15 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Willow is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Willow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will suit your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Willow is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
16 Apple-Specific Terms
If you obtained Willow from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Willow or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Willow. If Willow fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
